Little bugs also have their special place on this Earth. Nevertheless, children and adults are afraid of them. This meditation helps to release this fear.
1- Close your eyes.
2- Breathe deeply three times.
3- Imagine that the sun is setting and that you are camping.
4- Outside the tent is a warm fire.
5- You sit around the campfire, pick up your guitar and start singing.
6- Around the fire also sits a lovely ladybug, a bright firefly, a singing cricket and two small ants.
7- You sing all together.
8- When the songs end, you say farewell to your new friends and start to return to the place where you came from.
9- When you feel comfortable, open your eyes.
