Energy from the Stars

  1. Close your eyes.
  2. Breathe deeply 3 times.
  3. Imagine that you are flying in the direction of the stars.
  4. Each time you pass by a star it gives you a little of its energy and you become more shiny.
  5. Continue flying towards the brightest of all the stars. It has a message for you, and you pay close attention to what it has to say to you.
  6. You thank it and start to return back to your room.
  7. When you feel ready, open your eyes.
