Food is made up of energy—and so are we. In fact everything is made up of energy.
What Are High Vibrational Foods?
If you think about matter, everything has a frequency and vibration—including food. As we take nourishment into our bodies, we benefit from the energy of the food we ingest. Wouldn’t it make sense to choose foods of the highest quality and vibration? By eating these high vibrational foods, you take in their essence and boost your own energy naturally.
High vibrational foods are those that contain a great deal of life force energy of their own. Foods that are grown in a natural, healthy environment with plenty of sunshine and pure water have higher frequencies than processed or junk foods. Fresh foods also have greater vibratory energy than those that have been packaged or altered in any way (pasteurized, homogenized, frozen, etc.).
How the food is prepared and served also influences their energetic frequencies. If a meal is made with love and gratitude it not only tastes better, is resonates with greater power.
Organic food grown in optimal conditions with the absence of chemical pesticides can develop very high vibrations. If you can purchase (or better yet—grow) the following goods as organic you should do so: Apples, Celery, Strawberries, Peaches, Spinach, Nectarines, Grapes, Sweet bell peppers, Potatoes, Blueberries, Lettuce, Kale/collard greens (the “dirty dozen”, these are said to have the highest amounts of pesticides in them). If that’s not possible then the next best thing is to wash your fruits and vegetables thoroughly using 3 percent or food grade hydrogen peroxide. You can put some in a dark spray bottle and spray your produce, then rinse in water. It will help remove pesticides and bacteria that can contribute to low vibrations and ill health.
EAT FOODS THAT INCREASE VITALITY AND REDUCE STRESS
• Organically grown foods
• Fruits freshly picked from trees
• Locally grown foods
• In season
• Pure water
AVOID “FOODS” THAT DECREASE VITALITY AND INCREASE STRESS
• Genetically modified
• Irradiated
• Cooked in a microwave oven
• Refined (white flour, white rice). Processed (all junk food; most snack foods)
• High glycemic. These sugary, starchy foods affect blood sugar levels and weight management
• Hydrogenated (margarine; vegetable shortening, lard)
• Containing additives (chemicals and hormones), preservatives or color dyes
• Artificial sweeteners—all of them
• Coffee whiteners
• Canned
Don’t forget that “You are what you eat”!
